QFM Resource Management
Through intelligent management of resource availability and job allocation for planned maintenance, service schedules and health and safety tasks, QFM enables the effective assignment and management of a broad range of activities. Operative workload can be optimised by ironing out operational inconsistencies, increasing productivity and improving efficiency.
Tasks can be assigned to the most appropriate operative (based upon skills, location etc), who can then can receive, action and sign off jobs in real-time, enabling them maximum control of their workload.
QFM - Intelligent Management of Staff Resources
- Resource availability including managing personnel data relating to annual leave
- Resource allocation / assignment of management data relating to operatives’ skills and time
- Allocation of multiple operatives to one event and allow resource allocation to be carried out either automatically or manually
- Link into GIS (Geographical Information Systems) to enable jobs to be allocated by specific geographical location to improve resource and operative performance
- Links into GPS (Global Positioning Systems) so that the operative who is geographically closest can be allocated to a job, hence saving time and money.
