QFM Service Management & Schedules

QFM Service Management Software is a robust and flexible application for recording and monitoring support service activities and for ensuring a streamlined delivery against pre-defined SLAs. QFM Service Management Software provides the facility to:

  • Set up, manage and log service groups and individual services (e.g. porterage, waste management and spillage)
  • QFM, unlike many conventional facility management applications, allows soft service tasks to be recorded using a different workflow to an asset related tasks.
